Concrete grounds of chaffs, the concrete screeds are intermediate layers of concrete floors, intended, as a rule, for the further causing on their surface of decorative or special industrial coverages from different materials (linoleum, kovrolin, parquet, jointless polymeric coverages, ceramic tile et al).
Floors with the work-hardened epiphase are concrete floors, not requiring subsequent defence some coverages, having an especially durable surface, got by rubbing out in the fresh concrete of the special consolidating dry mixtures (toppings). Used in a production, ware-house, point-of-sale or other apartments with especially heavy gravimetric, shock, wearing down and other mechanical loadings on the floor.
Tesselated-marble floors are coverages of concrete chaffs a thickness 20 - 40 mm, being a finish layer on the basis of cement, mineral (powdery) dye, shallow filling (marble flour or sand) and filler from the marble crumb of different factions. Used as the prepared coverage of chaffs in public buildings and on the enterprises of food industry, storages. Have enhanceable decorative descriptions.
Polymer-cement screed – so-called «nivelirmass», laid over concrete foundation of floor with the purpose of smoothing of his surface for the subsequent causing of different protective-decorative coverages (linoleum, parquet, kovrolin etc.). Executed from the special mixtures on the basis of mineral astringent with shallow powdery fiiling and consolidating polymeric additions (some brands of the polymer-cement screed have durability, analogical the concrete of brand of M400 and together with protective polymeric can be exploited in a production, point-of-sale and other apartments).
