Topping
Floors with the work-hardened epiphase (topping) it is concrete floors, having an especially durable surface, got by rubbing out in the fresh placed concrete of the special consolidating dry mixtures and causing of skim of varnish-membraneforming. Floors with the work-hardened epiphase (topping) do not require subsequent defence of surface some coverages. Such floors don’t produce dust, are not afraid of water and many other liquids, used in production, ware-house, point-of-sale and other apartments with especially heavy gravimetric, shock, cuttings, wearing down and other mechanical loadings on the floor.
Consolidating mixture consists of cement astringent, fillings of different nature and special additions, making better properties of coverage. Dry consolidating mixture is inflicted on the fresh-placed concrete and acquires durability due to water, got from this concrete. Smoothing out and compression of mixture execute the special concrete-finishings machines of type a «helicopter» with disk attachment. For a further compression and forming of smooth surface apply a concrete-finishing machine with attachment, consisting of blades with the changeable «corner of attack» (in the process of treatment of surface of coverage the corner of blades is increased for an increase by their pressures on a surface).
On a surface of topping inflict the layer of water-acrylic varnish-membraneforming, which promotes waterproofings properties and reduces dust-producing of floor. Depending on the operating loadings on the floor apply consolidating mixtures with different fillings:
- with quartz sand (at the most widespread production loadings);
- with corundum filling (at the especially high wearing down loadings);
- with the metallic shaving («plastic» coverage is relative, maintains the frequent shock loadings, and also possesses enhanceable anti-static descriptions).
Different toppings have from 5 to 10 colour decisions from which a customer can choose desired. The term of exploitation of such coverages makes no less than 15 years.
