Thin polymeric coverages

Thin polymeric coverages are maintained by the easy and middle mechanical loadings, protect the epiphase of concrete from destruction, prevent dust making and often are the optimum economical decision of inexpensive defence of concrete surface of chaffs. Coverages of bar to loadings, not ruine and hinder penetration in the concrete of fuel, fats and GSM. Cleaning up is possible by cleansers. Used in storage, production and domestic facilities. The term of service of such coverages makes not less than 5 years.

Such coverages have a thickness 0,5-1,0 mm and, certainly, does not allow to get ideally a smooth surface on a concrete, which has, as a rule, a size of roughness, commensurable with the thickness of coverage.

There are two types of thin coverages:

1. Coverage of type is «Soil» - on the geared-up surface of concrete foundation inflicted two layer of prime coating polymeric composition and layer of protective varnish. Coverage turns out transparent and partly smooths out relief of concrete surface, facilitating his moist cleaning up.

2. Coverage of type of «Painting» - the geared-up surface of concrete is grounded, after smoothed over a primer-sealer on shallow mineral filling, covered painting composition in two layers and is on the defensive finish-varnish. Coverage turns out coloured and has more smooth surface as compared to coverage «Soil».
