Smoothing of floor, work-hardening of surface of weak concrete foundation, and also separate destructions on his surface (dints, splitting off etc.) repairs are made causing over laying concrete foundation layer, which is usually named «leveler screed».

Technologies of causing of screed are different depending on fluidity, inflicted on the surface of concrete foundation of mixture (sometimes screeds from mixtures, possessing high mobility, name the «selfbecomings level screed»).
Also the level-masses are used for the inundation of protective layer over the heater elements put in the heated floor (water or electric systems).
