Industrial concrete floors

On purpose concrete floors can be divided into the followings:
- Industrial floors - are concrete floors with enhanceable (durable or other special) descriptions, applied in factory workshops, hangarages, on storages, in garages and other shopfloors with the enhanceable mechanical, chemical and other operating loadings;
- decorative floors -are concrete floors with decorative coverage in administrative and public buildings, in the apartments of the domestic and point-of-sale setting, and also other apartments, where enhanceable requirements are produced to original appearance of surface of floor.
On the types of construction concrete floors are:
- the floors of ground floor, lyings on soil, close-settled through sand and macadam, having obligatory gidroizolation for prevention of penetration in the concrete of water from soil;
- floors of intermediate floors, lyings on in relation to mobile in relation to each other flags ceilings and having special structural features, reducing probability of formation of cracks in the concrete gathering;
Depending on the method of re-enforcement the concrete screeds and other elements of chaffs can be:
- reinforce-concrete, reinforced by a book-mark in the concrete of calculation amount of layers ready (factory execution) or tied up from rebars directly on the object of steel net of project section with the set sizes of cell;
- fibre-concrete, reinforced by introduction to fresh-made concrete mixture of necessary amount of short steel staples of nospread function or chopped polymeric fibres
